RealityMine, the global leader in single-source, cross-media measurement of consumers’ daily lives, was awarded Newcomer SME of the Year for the North West at this week’s regional round of the National Apprenticeship Awards 2016.
The Awards, now in their thirteenth year, are run by the National Apprenticeship Service and recognise excellence in two areas: businesses that grow their own talent with apprentices and apprentices who have made a significant contribution to their workplaces.
On winning, RealityMine CEO Garry Partington said:
“We are thrilled that our apprenticeship programme has been awarded with such a prestigious accolade. Over the last year, we have worked hard to develop a programme that builds and strengthens the skills and experience required by our industry.
“Our apprentices responded and are now highly valued members of our workforce. Their success has more than exceeded our expectations and we hope to build upon this in the future.”
The award was sponsored by Santander Strategy Group.
Sue Husband, Director of the National Apprenticeship Service, said:
“The National Apprenticeship Awards enable exceptional apprentices and dedicated employers to receive the recognition they richly deserve. Apprenticeships enable people to gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed – in some cases up to degree level; and for businesses to grow the talent they need.
“I would like to congratulate RealityMine on their achievement. Winning this award for Newcomer SME of the Year for the North West region is greatly deserved, and helps to cement Manchester’s position as the UK’s Northern tech hub. There has never been a better time to become an apprentice or employ one.”
