RealityMine today announced Billy Grant as Head of Product and Anthony Shaw as Head of Customer Success.
Billy Grant, Head of Product, joined RealityMine in 2018 and has more than eight years of experience analysing, selling and developing products using digital behavioural data. He previously served as Custom Research Director at Hitwise, where he led several initiatives to deliver operational and process improvements, a clearer go-to-market strategy, and the development of new products and propositions. Since joining RealityMine, he has been instrumental in supporting the company’s RealLife Shopper and RealLife Answers products.
Anthony Shaw, Head of Customer Success, has been with RealityMine for four years and has supported clients with a wide range of research projects, utilising the company’s passive metering technology. In his new role, he will be leading the company’s project operations.
