RealityMine Creates New Client Services Function

As RealityMine continues its rapid growth, the company has invested in the creation of a new Client Services Function, which has been developed to maintain and further improve customer satisfaction.

The past 12 months have seen the business grow by an impressive 100% to now employ 30 people and the investment in client services is seen as a necessary, but welcome step in ensuring that RealityMine’s planned future growth remains sustainable.

RealityMine Client ServicesThe company has recruited Raj Bains as Client Services Manager to head up and assist its project management team in successfully helping clients to meet their internal marketing objectives. Raj will work closely with RealityMine’s customers to nurture relationships, further increase understanding of clients’ business goals and provide additional support to clients when pitching. Raj has more than 15 years’ experience in management of multi-functional teams, ranging from client services and business development through to compliance and operations. She has a strong background in digital marketing, ensuring that she fully understands the value of RealityMine’s passive metering service and the benefits it can add to clients’ marketing strategies.

Through Raj, our clients now have access to a dedicated resource to help when setting up new projects, which will allow our project management team to focus solely on managing ongoing business. 2014 will see extensive development of RealityMine’s product portfolio and service plans and we feel it’s important to assure our customers that they remain our number one priority.”

Project Manager at RealityMineRealityMine has also appointed Paul Callaway to project manage the development of seamless transition processes across all internal departments, ultimately helping to improve client experience. Paul brings to RealityMine nearly 20 years of change management and process improvement experience, secured in a range of industry sectors including logistics, consulting, telecoms and financial services.

Since launching in April 2012, RealityMine has expanded rapidly and its Passive Mobile Behaviour Monitoring services are now live in a staggering 20 countries around the world and in every continent except Antarctica.
