As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be working in a team with 3 quota carrying Sales Representatives and 1 Sales & Marketing Executive. Your role will be to proactively hunt for new opportunities by targeting prospects and sectors whose needs align with RealityMine core use cases. Your key objective will be to consult with prospects with the aim of establishing a qualified lead for the Sales Representative. You will be target driven, determined and a team player who is motivated by achieving person and team targets.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Represent RealityMine’s technology and data products and services, work with sales reps to identify target sectors and individual companies
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Quickly gain market knowledge including industry jargon and current client use cases
  • Use market knowledge and client research to explain how RealityMine solutions meet customer needs, and identify the needs of prospects to suggest appropriate products or services
  • Utilize available channels, including cold calls, email and Linkedin to generate new sales opportunities by building relationships with prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Generate meetings from qualified new business leads for sales reps to take forward
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation tactics
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity targets for prospect engagement, meetings and opportunities
  • Adhering to Company Policies and Procedures with respect to Security, Quality and Health & Safety.

Key requirements  

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Curiosity and inventiveness to identify potential client pains
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation
  • Proficiency with SalesLoft or similar sales enablement software
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software

Remuneration  

Competitive base salary with both company and individual based bonuses

Company Bonus: 6% of base salary based on company financial performance

Personal Bonus: £2,000 per quarter based on personal targets (based on achieving individual targets for prospect outreach, meetings & bookings)
