New Product Enables Self-service Analysis of Passive Data
RealityMine today announced the addition of RealLife Answers to its data product offerings.
RealLife Answers allows researchers to ask questions of passive behavioural data, returning answers in the same format as traditional survey data and enabling them to identify game-changing insights for their clients. Essentially, researchers can now use their standard data analysis tools to analyse behavioural data quickly and more efficiently.
“One of the biggest obstacles for researchers using behavioural data in their research projects is the difficulty in filtering through the large, complex dataset outputs that come from passive metering. However, with RealLife Answers, our clients get a user-friendly, high quality passive data analysis tool,” commented Chris Shaw, Chief Operating Officer at RealityMine.
With RealLife Answers, clients are able to:
- Create custom queries in their current or historical projects.
- Understand complete media brand reach, aggregating respondents’ usage of multiple versions of media owner products.
- Analyse behaviour by key media metrics – who, how often, duration, what time of day, and much more.
- Build in survey questions with actual, real life behavioural data sitting behind the query.
Shaw continued: “Behavioural data is needed in customer insight for a fuller, more accurate picture, and we will continue to ensure our clients have a best-in-class technology partner that enables obtaining this insight.”
