Now Hiring for an Account Manager!

As an Account Manager, you will work with two Client Development SVPs to contribute to the growth of Annually Recurring Revenue (ARR) business both, from both technology licensing and data licensing.

The role is focussed on supporting current clients primarily, covering daily account interactions, account management and account-level sales tactics and strategy. For some select clients you will be the front-line contact and have quota carrying responsibility after an initial probation period.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Account level sales tactics and strategy to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities are maximised, in partnership with the relevant SVP Client Development
  • Day-to-day client contact responsible for responding to client business questions, dealing with any issues as they arise and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maintain client satisfaction
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records within Salesforce
  • Coordinating account & project review process along with relevant project managers
  • Work closely with Project Management and Product teams on client comms and product materials
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures with respect to Security, Quality, and Health and Safety

Required Skills and Experience


  • 3+ years’ experience in account / project management ideally within a B2B data or software licensing business but not essential
  • Confident communicator and keen interest in relationship building
  • Time management focused with impeccable organisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter with an eye for detail
  • Team Player, but able to work autonomously
